The best comeback ever was the Northern Iowa vs Texas Tech. The reason why it was the best comeback is because Texas Tech was down 12 with 34 seconds left in the game. Texas Tech tied the game up and sent it into 2 overtimes and go on and play Oklahoma in the sweet sixteen. Texas Tech beat Northern Iowa, 92-88.
The second best comeback ever was the Illinois vs Arizona. The reason why it was second comeback ever is because Illinois was down 15 with 4 minutes left in the game. Illinois was still down by 8 with a minute left. Illinois went on a 20 and 5 run is go on and get all the way to the final four. Illinois beat Arizona 90-89 in overtime. Illinois went all the way to the final four.
The third best comeback ever was the Kansas vs Memphis. The reason why it was the tried best comeback is because Kansas was trailing by 9 with 2:12 left in the game. Kansas tied the game 2 second left in the game and sent it into overtime and won the game in overtime. That game was the National championship.
The Fourth best comeback ever was the Western Kentucky vs Mississippi Valley state. The reason why it was the best comeback is because Western Kentucky was down 16 with five minutes left in the game. They went on the beat Memphis but was beat by Marquette in the second round of the tournament.
The Fifth best comeback ever was the Duke vs Maryland. The reason why it was the fifth best comeback ever is because Duke was down by 10 with one minute left in the game. Duke came back and tied the game and won the game in overtime. Duke went on and won the National Championship 82-72 two days later.
